Gluten Free Super-Super Bowl Snack Mix with KTB Parmesan Crisp
Makes: about 10 cups
Ingredients:
8 cups Gluten free corn cereal squares
2 cups Gluten free or mini-pretzel twists
1 cup mixed nuts
1 Package Kitchen Table Bakers Mini Aged Parmesan Crisps
¼ cup (½ stick) melted butter or margarine
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Preparation:
Combine cereal, pretzels, nuts and cheese crisps in a large bowl. In 1-cup glass measure, whisk butter, Worcestershire and salt. Pour over dry mix and stir to blend thoroughly. Transfer to large shallow baking pan and bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, until crispy, stirring twice. Cool. Variation: For extra kick, add 2 teaspoons chili powder or KTB Original Jalapeno Parmesan Crisps.( broken into Pieces)
