Like many, I'm on a restricted diet (no gluten, among other things) and these tasty treats give me the crunch I've been missing. (In my book, baby carrots don't count!) With the crisps, I can make mini-"sandwiches" with thin-sliced meats or even fruit like apples. Delicious!

First off, I wanted to let you know I am very excited about finding your product! My daughter is 5yrs old, and on the Ketogenic Diet to control epilepsy. I've experienced the straight up parmesan and the italian herb. These crackers are simply astonishing. My only frustration is the inability to buy them in quantity. The store I use in my area parses them out one box at a time. They never have more than one or two containers in the store..... and sometimes, have zero. what's a frustrated devotee supposed to do. Please, Kitchen Table Bakers, make it easier, so we can buy these things from somebody. Kudos on the terrific product!

Barry, thanks for directing me to the CHEESE dept at Wild Oats. I called and they carry at least three kinds. He said they sell well. I will hope to pick some up today! I will also post on my listserv of people who don't eat grains due to gut problems. We follow "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" book. You might check out their website. www.breakingtheviciouscycle.com or www.pecanbread.com (geared towards kids with gut problems). We are always looking for resources that don't include starch, grains etc and most people don't want to do so much cooking as is required on the diet. You've created a few life-long customers with your delicious wafers. I experienced them for the first time while visiting my sister in Virginia. She served them with a few different cheeses and I was blown away. (As were my other two sisters, also visiting.) Every once in a while I toast slices of parmesan or romano cheese in my toaster over to snack on because I just love cheese. Then I saw your parm. chips at kings in garden city, bought them, and now they are my new favorite thing and I'm now your biggest fan. I love that they taste exactly the same the ones I make. THEY'RE SO FRESH and homemade tasting. I crumple them on salads and put tomato, mozzarella and avocado on them as appetizers. They are ridiculously good. Wow! These aren't JUST crackers! How about using them crumbled in salad instead of croutons? Use instead of bread crumbs on oven baked fish or chicken - or sprinkle on steamed greens or other veggies? How about as a casserole topping or sprinkled over soup? I'm a Registered Dietitian and the Medical Nutrition Director of a company called Signet Diagnostic Corp. I work with Food Sensitivity patients daily with IBS or arthritis or fibromyalgia. Many of my patients test sensitive to various grains and/or nuts and the only way to get symptom free is to avoid reactive foods. (Mediator Release Test-www.www.nowleap.com for more info) These will be a great, easy alternative to many of our patients. I'll be recommending them!

I can not say enough about your wonderful product. I was a bit hesitant to place an online order, but since the proprietor of the webstore (www.bariatriceating.com) had never steered me wrong in the past, I gave it a whirl and could not come here fast enough to let you know that truly your product ROCKS! I pray you keep producing these wonderful "life saving" goodies for years to come. Folks if you are on a low carb food plan for whatever reason, do not, I repeat, do not pass up these little wonders (that are big BTW). Each cracker is aproximately 3 or 4 inches in diameter. I love putting my favorite topping of salmon, tuna, chicken, turkey, etc on top. Once again, I am finally enjoying that much missed crunch with my lunch again! But I must confess, there are times that I also like to eat them plain, right out of the package also. With only 80 calories for 3 whole crackers, less than 1 carb grm, and 7 gms of protein, how can a body go wrong??? I am the author of the "Before and After" the Bariatric cookbook. These gourmet crackers are the find of the century as far as I am concerned. We all crave that little crunch and this product is a perfect fit... a thin, crunchy, crisp, 'cracker', made entirely from cheese, seasoned with herbs or flavorings... almost no carbs, no additives, no strange ingredients... JUST INCREDIBLE TASTE! Absolutely delicious. Make a bowl of tuna salad, and pile a scoop on top of one of these 3 inch cheese crisps. Tastes wonderful yet adds less than ONE carb. It is made entirely from cheese so it does add PROTEIN. I discovered your cracker at a health food store and bought them without any great expectations regarding the taste or texture of the product. I bought one package, returned the next day and bought three more. I too am following a low carb lifestyle and one of the things I miss the most are crackers/breads. These crackers are tasty on their own, with cheese or any other snacking food. I love them and so do my children! The taste is unbelievable, and they are addicting !! lol I have been on the Atkins program for more years then I can count, the program is the only one that allowed to me keep my weight off. Comment or Question: Wow--this is one of the best low carb products (other than chocolates) that I have ever tried. I just tried the onion poppy and could not stop eating them--marvelous flavor. A similar baked cheese product can't hold a candle to your product.

Just a comment. When it comes to low carb crackers, I'm used to disappointment. I've tried them all, and while they're better than nothing, they never taste good. Your Aged Parmesan Cheese Crackers were a wonderful, delicious surprise. I've stocked up on the Sesame ones, too, and I hope you plan to add more flavors. Great job!
